Ilona! Sampled In Electric Chair 3000's " Le Dancer"

One of my most recent upload to Audiosparx is a French dance instrumental called "Le Dancer."  This song was inspired after listening to an online radio station called Le Mouv to get idea of what is happening in French pop music.

A lot of French Pop is  fast paced, upbeat dance music that combines elements of House and Electronica. Think Daft Punk, Lady Gaga, Black Eyed Peas. That kind of music.

"Le Dancer" features two female vocal samples. The first female vocal  is spoken in  French and is saying "J'ai tiens beaucoup de la danse  " which  means "I enjoy dancing" in English.  The female is not listed at Internet Archives.

This sample was taken from a Librivox audio book online called, "French Self Taught" by Franz J. L. Timm.  As it says at the Librivox section at Internet Archives, all Librivox recording are in the Public Domain.

The second female vocal is by Ilona Europa (pictured)  from Sony's "Ilona: Universal Female Vocal Toolkit."  I got this and many other vocal sample for free from Sony's website.  However, I like the samples so much that I will buy the entire set of loops by Europa.

So go and listen to "Le Dancer" at Audiosparx and if you want to license it for a media production, join Audiosparx if you're not a member already.
